The areas of work of the service department:

• Training of the customer’s personnel to work with the supplied equipment;
• Installation of equipment on the customer’s premises;
• Commissioning works – both at the manufacturer’s site and at the customer’s;
• Technical and information support – prompt assistance in troubleshooting, setting up and modifying the equipment;
• Diagnostics, repair and modernization of equipment, including work both on our territory and on the client’s territory;
• Scheduled maintenance (MOT) of equipment with specialists visiting the customer’s site.
